There are many ways that YOU as a volunteer can help!
First, endorse and lend your name or your group's name to this effort. Help publicize and attend the nearest activity! Distribute flyers and information to friends, co-workers or fellow students. We can also send an organizer to your group, school, union or neighborhood meeting to speak. Raise funds to ensure that everyone can participate.
You can also volunteer to serve as an organizing center for your area. Serving as an organizing center in your area would mean working with other people and groups in your city, school, community, place of worship, union or workplace to organize a local activity October 24-27 to demand a bailout for the people, not the bankers. Organizing tools are available. If you like, we will list you on this Web site as a local contact and can direct people in your area to you.
